skip 1 ch, Sc in the next chain on the stem,
Lobe 2 - 3: Ch 5, sc in second st from hook, sc in the next st,
db crotchet in the next 2 sts,
skip 1 ch, Sc in the next chain on the stem

Opposite Side:
Flip stem chains to your right, so you make your chains
on the other side.

What do you mean with "second chain on the stem"? I don'tunderstand this pattern :(
